During our last meeting in September 29, we are very honor to have Ms.Ng to join our meeting and she will be joining us for the coming meeting in Oct 27. During the club break time, we have a short conversation. During the conversation, she told us the reason she wanna join Toastmaster is to improve her English. She told us that it is very important to learn and improve in order to create values for your employer to give you the chance to climb up the corporate ladder.
In fact, working in a corporate there are always competition among colleagues. So who should your superior choose among all subordinates if their is a empty higher position in the company?
